Trouble at work, what should I do?
I am an STNA at a long term care facility. Here lately some bad luck has been on my side. On Easter Sunday a co-worker and I was transferring a resident, my foot was twisted up with the residents foot and before I could say something I fell. The resident wasn't hurt as I cushioned her fall. The same day I forgot to put the mat back on the floor after feeding a resident and she fell out of bed. I was talked to and was forgiven and told to be more careful. A month later I am having gall bladder problems and not feeling myself, today at work while transferring a resident off of the toilet and back into her chair she lost her balance and hit her head on the wall and busted it open and had a huge knot. I was so shaken up I had to leave work. My boss is really upset with me and I am scared I am going to get fired? I am making myself sick worrying about it.. Someone please help what should I do?? Also, I am new at this and just started this job the beginning of March.
