Why is my nose feeling wierd?

k so on the tip of it on my left nostril the top part of it on the center it just feels like i have a booger there and like th eones who are all dry and it hurts when u touch it? well it feels that way, but there is nothing there its like its been burnt or something and everyday i have like a little booger in there and it is so annoying what is it? is there such thing as nose cancer or something like that cause im freakin out. could smokin do this to you? i tried smokin the other day and it came out my nose and could that be it? this has lasted more than 2 months now and its hurts
