How would you......?

How would you do the punctuation when listing a city within a certain region within a country? I'm trying to be very specific when listing a certain place for a book report for english cl. I read the book And Then There Were None and I don't know how to put the setting(as in place). I put: a fictional island named Indian Island off of the shore of Sticklehaven, Devon, England....the only problem I have is how to list the last 3 words with correct punctuation......does anyone know how to put it?
