Where should I apply to college?

What are the best colleges that I can get into with a 2.7 GPA and a 2000 on my SAT? I also play varsity golf and we have been undefeated state champs for 6 years. Me and some friends organize half yearly benefit concerts for a charity on our own. Could I get into Penn State? or IU Bloomington?? Or am I aiming to high..?? If you need more details tell me!
