Cld God have saved minneapolis kids from collapsing into the river?

We must remember that God is not the cause of human suffering - James 1:13. Also, We have to remember that sometimes things just happen to people because of unforeseen cirstances- Ecclesiastes 9:11. However, God has promised to one day wipe out all human suffering - Revelation 21:3 & 4.
