Fats are digested in the body by use of enzyme lipase.Fat is form from large number of glycogen which is insoluble.As fat is a complex molecule and large molecule is difficult for enzyme to act on ,so fat should be emulsify first.it is done by bile which comes from liver.As fats are insoluble,are absorbed via lymph nodesin villi..Bile introduce optimum ph for lipase to work.
