Minnesota people arent you shocked about what happened today in minneapolis with the bridge?

I live in Minneapolis and I couldn't believe it when I heard about it! I was completely shocked! I drove on that bridge this morning and it gives me the chills just thinking about it! I still don't understand why it happened! My family and friends are all safe but I pray for everyone affected by this tragic event!
