Need to know the name of a movie!?

wached this movie where this tuff girl who wheres a hat that makes her look bald. and she gets these 2 guys to beat up this other guy and they thought they kille him and everyone got told that he was dead but his spirit was still there and then he saw this bird smash into a window and was twiching and the guy saw th birds spirit and then when the bird stopped twiching the spirit dissapeared. HELP!!!!!
