Switching bank accounts?

I am currently with the Bank of Scotland which I have a �2100 overdraft with. I would like to change to the Royal Bank of Scotland. Is it possible for Royal Bank of Scotland to pay off my overdraft with Bank of Scotland and I pay Royal Bank of Scotland through monthly installments?
