What do I do about husband?

Just found out hubby has given away our entire savings of $10,000. It's not much but it's pretty good for 1 yr of saving. I was feeling so good and comfortable saving our earnings but then this. He wont even say who or what got our money. Im figuring his gullible dumb azz was scammed or gave it to a relative. The thing is, I cant live like this. I cant continue working and saving and he gives it all away out the back door. This is not the first time. He's given his brother his entire paycheck before. Given his sister our entire income tax return. Paid all the expenses for his family to attend his other brother's wedding in New York- and this is right after we had a baby and I wasnt working. We were really pitiful after that episode. He just wont stop w/ this foolishness. He's so pretentious and likes to pretend he's rich in front of people and very inconsiderate when it's our household, our family he's supposed to be concerned about. Not to mention this is also MY MONEY we're talking about. Im not saving money for his stupid brothers and sister. I want to go ahead and file for a divorce. Does this sound right to do? I dont want to sound like someone who's only concerned about money but I cant live like this being broke when I dont have to be while he gives away all our money to other people. Would it be called "irreconcilable differences"?
