What reggae song is this?

I heard a song a few weeks ago that I really liked. I know it's reggae but have no idea who sings it or what it's called. I know it's not Bob Marley and all I can remember from the lyrics is that it's about a girl and she is twirling around. Haha i know it's really vague but if anyone has any idea I'd really appreciate it. It's really bugging me. Thanks!
