What should i do if i got cut by a rusty coat hanger?

i was cleaning something with a rusty coat hanger... and i accidentally stabbed myself with it in my hand, and now my hand hurts really bad. i cleaned it with porter's lineament.. should i do anything else? and could anything bad happen if i dont?
