Which file type for audio mixdown?

One of my few serious questions, I have just completed the first version of a track im writing with the Cubase LE4, and though I've always used WMA files I think this might not be the best file type. Out of WMA File, Wave File, AIFC File and AIFF file, which will offer the best sound quality for my music? Paricularly since Im considering using it for a performance at my school- so it doesn't sound all fuzzy played out loud (though some of the recorded samples are admittingly full of noise)
