Computer makes it to "Dell" boot screen, but then goes nowhere?

You should press f11 on the boot-up of your computer which should start a system recovery. I think it will ask you to preform a backup to your hard drive or disks where you may be able to save your work and pictures. It will then go on to deleting EVERYTHING on your computer and making it to how it was when you first got it. I've done this on my laptop with vista before...hope you can solve your problem!Best of luck!
