I am 101/3 weeks prg! today when i went to use thre broom, i saw blood! No pain jus blood.Is this norm?

I AM REALLY NERVOUS!!! I DONT HAVE N E PAIN AT ALL N E WHERE!! I JUS NEED ADVICE OR SOMETHING! AND I FORGOT TO MENTION THE BLOOD IN NOW GONE AND DIDNT EVEN STAY FOR 5 MINUTES!
