Learning to meditate/relax?
I have been looking for the best way to learn to meditate for quite a while and I have been interested in brainwave entrainment for years. I would just like a few recommendations of the best way to learn to meditate effectively? As I said, I have been very interested in brainwave entrainment and I have my eye currently on two products. The holosync program, or the Journey to the Wild Divine bio feedback program. Please don't ditch the holosync program unless you've tried it, because it is based on proven technology, although the bio-feedback game ''the journey to the wild divine'' does seem more tempting to me since it actually teaches yogic breathing (I am a yoga practitioner) and other relaxation techniques to help calm you etc. So basicaly, which of these would you recommend, or is there anything else you think I should do to learn to meditate?
