My boo called back within 2 days after being pissed with me saying he dont want to end our relationship ...?

over me trippin out calling him too much (he even told me not to call him back). Well we agpoligized to each other and kindly accepted each other apologies. I still have a chance anoher with him or otherwise he would not have called back so soon like he did. Well since he wasnt feeling well yesterday evening when he called with headaches he told be he would "call u back" which was yesterday at 5pm. Today is valentines day and I haven't gotten a call back all day so far since it now 6:23pm. Should I still wait for him to call me or should I go ahead and call up and ask how he is feeling today. After pissing him off I dont want to start that calling again you know.... I got another chance with him and I want to give him space to breath. I got a bottle of Heinke as his gift (he loves that beer) sittin in my fridge and if i have to wait for him to call and he doesn't by midnite I'm gonna drink that beer!!!! Please help me!!!!!!!!!!
