Someone Copying PanterA?

I watched a video of Anselmo giving a speech to college students at Loyola in Louisiana. He mentioned something about there being another band this is making money off of PanterA's sound. I watched this video some months ago but every time I listen to a Grove Metal band I keep wondering to myself if this is who he was referring to. Any ideas?
